Puget Law Group recently opened a new location in Kent and became a sponsor of the Seattle Thunderbirds junior hockey team.
The deal coincides with the firm’s opening of its sixth location in Kent, according to a Puget Law Group news release. The group is a criminal and injury law firm.
“The Seattle Thunderbirds have a rich and storied history here in the Puget Sound area, and we couldn’t be more excited to align with that history,” said Dan Gerl, founder and CEO of Puget Law Group. “The idea of being part of the Kent community and aligning ourselves with the excitement the team brings to the area is something we are proud to be part of.”
The Kent office opened a couple of months ago at 6703 S. 234th St., Suite 130. The firm also has offices in Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Olympia and Port Orchard. Attorneys Philip Petersen and Phil Su work in the Kent office.
After playing many years in Seattle, the T-Birds have played at the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent since 2009 and are a member of the Western Hockey League.
“We are excited to have Puget Law Group join our strong partnership family,” said Jason Thomsen, vice president of Corporate Sponsorship for the Thunderbirds. “The opportunity to have quality partners like PLG join us shows the strength of the partnerships we deliver here in the South Sound.”
Puget Law Group started in 2013 and provides services for those charged with DUI and other criminal charges, and those injured due to negligence of others.
