Panera Bread offers delivery service in Kent

Panera Bread on Tuesday began to offer home or office delivery of its lunch menu in the Kent area.

Delivery orders can be placed up to two weeks in advance on PaneraBread.com or via the mobile app. Online and mobile ordering empowers customization with user friendly and highly visual product builders, and makes it easy for guests to store their order history and credit card information. These ordering platforms also integrate with the MyPanera® loyalty program, allowing guests to redeem their rewards.

“We’re excited to offer our guests in Kent this new convenience,” said Myrna Schultz, director of Marketing, Pan American Group, in a media release. “Panera delivery makes it easy to enjoy your favorite soup, salad or sandwich at your home or office on days when it’s not convenient to make it into a bakery-cafe.”

For those on the go, another ordering option called Rapid Pick-Up enables guests in Kent to place an online or mobile order from their office, car, work or home – again, up to two weeks in advance – and pick up their food at a pre-determined time without waiting in line.

Kent-area bakery-cafes are equipped with special “to go” pick-up areas, featuring dedicated seating, an order-status monitor providing real-time information as orders are prepared and completed, and shelf space, all to facilitate easy pick up.

Delivers are available within an 8-minute radius of the Kent Station location, between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday to Friday with a $5 order minimum and $3 delivery service fee. Enter your zip code at panerabread.com for more information on delivery coverage and times in your area.
