Kent-based Oberto Brands, a leading all-natural jerky brand, has been named Family Business of the Year by the Puget Sound Business Journal.
The honor comes as Oberto Brands celebrates its 100th anniversary this year.

According to a company news release, Oberto has differentiated itself in the booming meat snacks category, which has exploded to more than $3 billion dollars in annual revenue (source: Nielsen ScanTrak).
The Oberto family and company will be celebrated at the Family Business Symposium on Feb. 1 at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle.
