The Cave Man Kitchen in Kent plans to reopen on Thursday after a fire damaged the restaurant on Feb. 4.
“We are reopening this Thursday,” Cave Man Kitchen posted on its Facebook page. “The smoker is going and we are smokin’ (in a good way!) Looking forward to serving the community again!”
The restaurant is at 807 W. Valley Highway and open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Cave Man Kitchen opened in 1971 in Kent and specializes in smoke-roasted meats.
Kent Fire Department investigators were unable to determine a cause of the fire, according to fire officials.
