Kent Station continues to build on its shopping, dining and entertainment experience for customers, adding two new restaurants.

Extreme Pita, specializing in a large selection of fresh and nutritious pita wraps – opens this summer. Naked Pizza, which offers natural and healthy choices, opens soon thereafter.

“We already have an excellent collection of dining options that are primarily focused on sit-down service,” said Kent Station General Manager John Hinds. “Extreme Pita and Naked Pizza will add two more quick-service dining choices for our customers, and they are both a great compliment to our anchor tenant, AMC Theatres.”

Extreme Pita offers a “no rules” menu that customizes every rolled pita to suit individual tastes.

It has more than 250 locations in the U.S. and Canada,

“After years of tremendous success in North America, we’re proud to be successfully opening our third location in the state of Washington,” said Alex Rechichi, co-founder and president of Extreme Pita. “We are extremely excited to bring our fresh and healthy pitas to Kent.”

Naked Pizza features all-natural ingredients – no added sugar, artificial preservatives or “freaky chemicals.” The crust includes 10 grains, including whole and organic grains, bound by water and made by hand, topped with real cheese and natural veggies and hormone-free meats.

Vegan and gluten-free options also are available.

“No guilt, fewer calories, all good,” said general manager Mark Sieber. “It’s a pizza for the way people here live — who enjoy getting out, doing cool things and having fun.”

With 25 stores across the U.S. and overseas, this is the first of several locations coming to the Puget Sound region.

“We selected Kent Station for our first location in Puget Sound because of the population density and the community,” Sieber said. “There are few options for pizza, and no healthy pizza options in South King County.”
