Kent’s Chad Gleason, a commercial real estate and investment broker, recently received the 2017 Team Player of the Year award at the SVN National Conference.
The SVN Specialty Awards recognizes those who have made significant impacts on the commercial real estate industry and beyond.
Gleason, CCIM (certified commercial investment member), specializes in corporate real estate, office and industrial sales and leasing. He previously was responsible for regional and national level tenant representation leasing programs and new construction/development. Gleason has commercial development experience in Washington, Oregon and California for site selection, construction management, build out and asset management.
In 2014, Gleason became the managing director overseeing the training and development of the corporate real estate, office and industrial investment teams at SVN/Raven in the Seattle area.
Gleason is a principal in Raven Commercial Real Estate (established 2013), a corporate real estate development and consulting company based in Kent. Raven purchased the rights to the SVN franchise to the Seattle area in fall of 2014.
Gleason is a member of the CCIM National Subcommittee for Government Affairs and serves as the government affairs liaison for the CCIM-Washington chapter. He is a committee member of the National Commercial and Legislative and Regulatory Committees for NAR (National Association of Realtors), and will serve as 2018 president of WSCAR (Washington State Association of Commercial Realtors), a professional trade association dedicated to serving the interests of commercial/investment real estate professionals throughout Washington.
