Kent home prices were down 1 percent in September compared to the same month in 2013 with a median price of $260,000.
Sales dropped 13.7 percent with 118 homes sold, according to a report by Redfin, a Seattle-based real estate company. The numbers only reflect transactions on the Multiple Listing Service, a local or regional database of available real estate for sale by member brokers.
The numbers in September compared to September 2013:
• Home prices were down 1 percent
• The median home price was $260,000
• Sales were down 13.7 percent with 118 homes sold
• Homes spent a median 29 days on the market
• The number of homes for sale dropped 19 percent
