Fountainhead Northwest LLC has bought the four-building Centerpoint Corporate Park in Kent for $46.25 million.
The strong demand for offices in the Puget Sound region led the new investor to the market, according to a Sept. 5 media release from CBRE Group Inc., which arranged the sale and will head the leasing effort for the 435,000 square-foot campus.
Unico Properties and pension-fund AEW sold the buildings at 20819 72nd Ave. S.
Centerpoint Corporate Park will offer a new type of office configuration for southend tenants. Fountainhead will present its Insta-Suite concept, which is a move-in ready office suite.
The offices will range from 2,000 to 6,000 square feet with contiguous spaces up to 60,000 square feet.
Fountainhead has owned and managed commercial office properties in the Western states for 25 years.
