Banner Bank of Kent is treating the community to lunch. The Banner Bank hot dog wagon will be at the bank’s Kent Branch at 1140 W. Meeker St. September 2, serving free hot dogs, chips and soda. Folks can receive their free meal between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
