So far this year, Amazon has created tens of thousands of new full-time jobs at its U.S. fulfillment and customer service centers
Amazon on Friday announced it is creating more than 120,000 seasonal positions across its U.S. network of fulfillment centers, sortation centers and customer service sites this holiday season. Last year, more than 14,000 seasonal positions were transitioned to regular, full-time roles after the holidays and the company expects to increase that number this year.
Seasonal positions are being offered in the many states, including Washington.
Amazon opened a nearly one million-square-foot fulfillment center in Kent in 2014. It also has facilities in Sumner, DuPont and Kennewick.
