Aegis Living, which operates an assisted living community in Kent, has made Glassdoor’s Top 50 Best Places to Work in 2017 from a list of more than 600,000 companies.
Aegis Living has senior living facilities in Washington, California and Nevada, with more than 2,200 employees.

Aegis Living’s rank in the Top 50 marks the first time that a senior living company has been named on the list. The Best Places to Work are determined using mostly anonymous company reviews shared by U.S. based employees between Nov. 2, 2015 and Oct. 30, 2016.
Glassdoor – a jobs and recruiting website – holds a database of millions of company reviews, CEO approval ratings, salary reports, interview reviews and questions, benefits reviews, office photos and other information.
