28 Fresh Look brokers to join John L. Scott Kent North office

Company acquired Bellevue real estate firm

Twenty-eight broker associates will join the John L. Scott Real Estate Kent North office after the company acquired Fresh Look Real Estate in Bellevue.

Established in 2016, Fresh Look Real Estate is headed up by Tony Lopez, founder and designated broker, who will now serve as the sales manager for Kent North, joining the office’s leadership team alongside Jim Willner and Eric Shull. Fresh Look brokers serve clients in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.

The Kent North office is at 20829 72nd Ave. S., in the Centerpoint Office Park.

Fresh Look has a reputation for providing high quality service and support to clients in Puget Sound and the surrounding areas, according to a July 15 John L. Scott press release. As Lopez began interviewing companies to merge with, he discovered a shared passion for client service and broker associate success with John L. Scott.

In addition to his involvement in the local real estate industry, Lopez is president and a board member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Seattle chapter.

The change will bring the broker count of the Kent North office to 178. Five brokers in training also will join the new office. The John L. Scott-KMS Renton and Kent North offices began in 1977 as Kamas Realty. Both offices became John L. Scott franchises in 1992 and transitioned to company-owned offices in 2019.

John L. Scott Real Estate, led by third-generation Chairman and CEO J. Lennox Scott, has been helping home buyers and sellers since 1931. It has over 100 offices with more than 3,000 brokers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California.
