For the rest of the summer, local women-owned businesses throughout southeast King County are participating in a passport program, highlighting their respective businesses.
Twelve businesses throughout Maple Valley, Covington and Black Diamond that are owned by female entrepreneurs have officially launched the Women-Owned Summer Passport program, where shoppers and patrons can collect a stamp of each business, follow each business on Instagram and then become eligible for a weekly raffle prize and collective grand prize raffle drawing worth over $1,500.

• Get Hot Yoga
• Horse & Coal
• House & Hazel
• Lustre Infrared Sauna Studio
• Maple Valley Acupuncture
• Ristretto’s Coffee & Wine
• The Buffalo Gym
“As a small business, initiatives like this are crucial for our growth. It’s about connection, serving the people who have interest in our unique offerings and building lasting relationships within the community,” said Annie Bogart, owner of Lustre Infrared Sauna Studio.
Passports are available for free at all participating businesses, some of which have brick-and-mortar locations and others can be found at the Maple Valley Farmers Market on select Saturdays. The passport program will continue until Monday, Sept. 30.
